Our After-School, In-Person Teen Driver's Ed Class is designed to fit smoothly into busy school-day schedules while keeping students steadily moving forward on their driving journey. DPS APPOINTMENT REMINDER - To keep everything rolling smoothly, families are encouraged to schedule the DPS permit appointment early, even if the appointment date is beyond the class. Students receive their DE-964 certificate during the second week of class, and they must bring it to DPS to receive the learner permit. CONTRACT EXPIRATION - The 9-month contract begins on the first day of class, giving families ample time to complete all required classroom and behind-the-wheel training. All program requirements must be completed by November 6, 2026.

This in-person format is ideal for students balancing school and activities while staying firmly on track toward earning their learner permit. DPS APPOINTMENT REMINDER - To avoid springtime traffic delays, parents and students are encouraged to schedule the DPS learner permit appointment as early as possible for a date after the last day of class. Students will receive their DE-964 completion certificate on the last day, which must be presented at DPS to be issued the learner license. CONTRACT EXPIRATION - The 9-month contract begins on the first day of class, giving families plenty of time to complete all required classroom and driving hours.
